Zoltan Balla is an accomplished real estate professional with over 17 years of experience in managing real estate portfolios across Central and Eastern Europe. He has held various senior positions in leading companies, including Austrian asset management companies Europolis, CA IMMO and French real estate development company Orco Property Group.
Currently, Zoltan is one of the Equity Partners and Managing Director of Management Services at NAI Hungary CELand, part of the global network of NAI Global. He is highly regarded for his exceptional business acumen, outstanding negotiation skills, and ability to understand client needs. Zoltan holds a degree in real estate management from Szent István University in Budapest and has also studied at universities in Sweden to broaden his perspective on the industry.
